Welcome! These Terms of Service explain the rules for playing our game made by Phoenic Interactive (“we” or “us”). If you play the game, you agree to follow these rules. We wrote them to help keep everyone safe and have fun!

1. Who Can Play

This game is made for players who are at least 7 years old. If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian for permission before playing. By playing, you’re saying it’s okay with them.

2. How to Behave (Including Voice Chat)

When you’re playing and chatting with others, be kind and respectful. Here are some things you should NEVER do, or you could get banned:

• Bullying or Harassing: 1-day ban → 7-day ban → Permanent ban
• Hate Speech: 3-day ban → 14-day ban → Permanent ban
• Bad Language: Warning → 1-day ban → 7-day ban
• Spamming in Voice Chat: Warning → 1-day ban → 7-day ban
• Cheating or Hacking: 7-day ban → 30-day ban → Permanent ban
• Pretending to Be Staff: 3-day ban → 14-day ban → Permanent ban
• Trying to Evade a Ban: Permanent ban

3. Playing Fair with Others

Be a good sport! Don’t mess up other people’s games or use unfair tools. Everyone deserves a fun experience.

4. What Happens If Rules Are Broken

If someone breaks the rules, we can mute, kick, or ban them from the game. There’s no appeal system right now, so please follow the rules the first time!

5. Your Account, Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your account—even if someone else uses it. So make sure nobody else does something bad on it.

6. Game or Rule Changes

We might change the rules or update the game anytime. If you keep playing, that means you’re okay with those changes.

7. We Don’t Make Promises

The game is provided as-is. That means we try our best, but we don’t promise that everything will always work perfectly.

8. Your Info and Privacy

We collect some info to help the game run safely. We never sell your info. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

9. Play Safe in VR

VR is fun, but make sure you take breaks every 20–30 minutes. If you feel dizzy, tired, or weird, stop playing and rest. Always play in a safe space with help nearby if needed.
